Got the bright idea one day that a loom knit ruffle scarf could be made with one color on one side and another color on the other.  This is the results.  Enjoy!

Cast on 6 pegs with Color A by placing the 3rd loop of the ruffle yarn on each peg.

Using Color B, place loops in the same manner on each peg as you did with Color A.

 Knit over all pegs.

Move the loops to the pegs on the other side of the loom.

*Using Color A, place every 3rd hole on each peg and knit over.

Move loops to the pegs on the other side of the loom.

Using Color B, place every 3rd hole on each peg and knit over.

Move loops to the pegs on the other side of the loom.

Repeat from * until the scarf is the desired length.

Bind off with a basic bind off method.  Using the next color, knit the first 2 pegs in the same manner as the scarf.  Move loop from peg 2 to peg 1. Knit off.  Move loop from peg 1 to peg 2.  Knit peg 3.  Move loop from peg 3 to peg 2.  Knit off,  Move loop from peg 2 to peg 3.  Knit peg 4.  Move loop from peg 4 to peg 3.  Knit off.  Move loop from peg 3 to peg 4.  Knit peg 5.  Move loop from peg 5 to peg 4.  Knit off.   Move loop from peg 4 to peg 5.  Knit peg 6.  Move loop from peg 6 to peg 5.  Knit off.  Knit peg 5 one more time.  Cut yarn leaving about 6 inches.  Remove loop from peg.  Pull working yarn through the loop.  Weave in ends.
